Brenda first entered the real estate business as a part-time employee at Century 21. She ventured to take her real estate license in 1979. At that time there was a need to pay the mortgage so she pursued an income as a Legal Assistant for a real estate attorney at Mackall, Crounse and Moore. Later, together with raising a family, she worked part-time at Edina Realty Corporate and became part of a team supporting an agent. For about six years she was the builder's closer for Novak-Fleck, Inc. At this point in her career she joined the Roger Fazendin REALTORS team. She was promoted to help Dan L. Fazendin build Minnetonka Title from shortly after its beginning. Today she wears many hats as Closer/Office Manager at Minnetonka Title. Brenda lives with her "wonderful" (as she describes him) husband of 27 years. They have two grown sons who have kept them busy in hockey and camping. Brenda is a valuable employee with a strong work ethic. Although she works hard she still manages to have fun and Friday is her favorite day...and she can often be heard saying, "Hi...it's FRIDAY!" |
