Marilyn Richter strives to be the best she can possibly be at whatever she's doing. A real estate professional since 1978, she is dedicated to meeting the needs of her clients with integrity and unsurpassed customer service. Much of her business comes from repeat or referral clientele due to her commitment to maintain strong relationships with present and former clients.

She has a BA from Gustavus Adolphus College in English, History and Social Studies. Before turning to real estate, she taught in the public schools, worked in banking and in industry. She is currently a member of the Minneapolis, Minnesota and National Associations of REALTORS. She has served as Secretary of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS Executive Committee, a member of the Board of Directors and is a long standing member of the Minnesota State Professional Standards Committee. She is a member of the Roger Fazendin REALTORS Management Advisory Committee and serves as Assistant Sales Manager.

Marilyn is married and has two adult children (one a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and the other a graduate of the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs). Marilyn enjoys spending leisure time with her family, which includes grandsons and a granddaughter and she dotes on her dog, Morgan, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

During her successful career as a REALTOR, Marilyn has specialized in residential sales to local as well as transferring families. She serves the greater metropolitan area including the western suburbs and the Lake Minnetonka area where she has been a lifetime resident.
