I’ve been a licensed REALTOR since 1998 and found my home with Roger Fazendin REALTORS in 2000. My experience includes first time home buyers and sellers, relocation transactions, investment property analysis and acquisition, move-ups or downsizing and foreclosure avoidance through negotiation.

2009 was a great year for me, despite the market correction. I sold a grand total of $3.1M worth of Minnesota Real Estate and finished in the top 10 at Roger Fazendin REALTORS! Also, I won the Ann Brockhouse Award at our year end banquet and awards ceremony. This award is voted on by peers and awarded to the agent demonstrating loyalty, integrity, involvement, support and knowledge each year.

In March of 2010, I received my 1st Real Estate Certification, Certified Distressed Property Expert. As a CDPE, I now have the tools and knowledge to help people experiencing a hardship avoid foreclosure. We REALTORS are famous for having a multitude of certification lettering after our names! Not only is this timely, the CDPE Designation is appropriate for today's market as short sales are expected to rise 50% in the next 2-5 years.

Looking forward into 2010, the recovery will continue at the bottom. Homes below 200K in a good location and in good shape will continue to be a commodity as the demand is there. Homes in the upper bracket price ranges will continue to feel downward pressure on their value as there is an abundance of supply.

Here at RFR, we continue to outperform the marketplace. As a company, over the last two years, we sold 71% of our listings, compared with our competitors who've sold 54% of theirs. How can there be that big of a difference? Ongoing training, real market knowledge, real solutions, support, team work and hard work! That's how.

I grew up in New York attending Somers High School and then went to Edison Community College. I’ve lived and worked in other states, but my family and I recognize the beauty and value in making our home here.
