Peggy currently calls Medina home. She lives with her husband, Bill and their two dogs, “Louie Lou” a two-year old Shih Tzu and “Molly Moo” a 14 year old black Lab.

Peggy grew up in South Minneapolis, graduating from Washburn High School and the “U” University of Minnesota. She worked for Northwest Airlines as a flight attendant (traveling the world, Far East, Europe) before marrying Bill and settling down in his hometown of Wayzata. There they raised three wonderful children, Jenny (Naperville, IL), Billy (Washington, DC) and Jimmy (Bloomington, IN). “I loved those years, raising my family, wonderful, wonderful memories, but being an empty nester is ok too and has its benefits.”

Peg’s family relocated 8 different times for Bill’s work requirements. Having been a relocation family herself gives Peggy the abilities to understand the relocating family. She knows the complexities and emotions associated with moving from a well loved location/home to a completely new environment. “Sometimes what isn’t said is the most important piece of the puzzle when it comes to finding a home.”

She builds her business on referrals and 99% of her business is just that.
