Shelly Halverson joined Roger Fazendin Realtors with over 20 years of administrative experience. She has worked as Administrative Assistant for CEO’s and CFO’s of major corporations, started her own in-home business, and directed Children’s Ministry. Shelly is responsible for Business Development at Roger Fazendin, giving agents and the company support in a variety of capacities. Any creative marketing or advertising project that the agent or company needs created, Shelly is the person to assist. She loves being able to use her skills in this fun way!

Shelly is originally from Oklahoma, moved to Kentucky, the northwest suburbs of Chicago and then to Minnesota. She attended Winona State University. She is married for 29 years to her husband Tom and they own a home in Maple Grove. They have two children. Their oldest, Andrew, a graduate of Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato is currently employed with the MN Twins as a Production Assistant for the radio broadcast. Andrew recently was married to Amanda and they purchased their own home in Plymouth. Aaron, a senior at Bethany is studying business finance and is on the Dean's List.

Shelly is very active at her church, Maple Grove Lutheran, overseeing a prayer team and prayer chain as well as serving on the Church Council as President. In her free time she loves to dance and started and coached the West Lutheran High Dance Team for four years. She also enjoys walking, exercising, eating out and golfing with her family and friends.
